This page explains what information is collected when you visit amostolliver.com or buy What the Pulpit Won't Say, and how it is used.
1. This website
This site has no account sign-up, no contact forms, and no advertising trackers. You can read the whole site without giving us any personal information.
Like almost every website, the company that hosts this site may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. These logs are not used to identify you or sold to anyone.
The site stores one small note in your browser for the length of your visit, so that a pop-up message is not shown to you more than once. It holds no personal information and disappears when you close the tab.
2. When you buy the Book
Checkout happens on Gumroad, not on this site. Gumroad collects the information needed to complete your order, such as your name, email address, payment details and country. Your card details are handled by Gumroad and its payment processors and are never seen by us.
Gumroad shares with us the basic details of your order, such as your name, email address and what you bought, so that we can deliver the Book, handle refunds and answer questions. How Gumroad handles your data is described in Gumroad's Privacy Policy.
3. How we use your information
- To deliver the Book and any updates to it
- To answer your questions and process refunds
- To meet legal and tax requirements
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
4. Emails
You will receive a receipt and download email for your purchase. If we ever send other emails, every one will include a way to unsubscribe.
5. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about your purchase by replying to your Gumroad receipt email. Some records may need to be kept for tax and legal reasons.
6. Children
This site and the Book are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
